The water- rotation is started from Monday, it means that we will have no water one day in few days. Maybe it is a good idea to shortage water, but somehow it is also having more inconvenience in our daily lives. Yesterday we had no water,, seemed to nothing different, but when I and Tiffany went out to buy pearl milk tea, there was a note in the store and said" for the sake of the water- rotation, we can not offer pearl today, so some other drinks are on sale." We felt funny, but it was a difference I can find without water so far.
